Job Description

What You Will Do?

You will lead the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems, and conduct appropriate checks and tests and communicates evaluation of results in addition to the following responsibilities:

• Ensure drawings for all the new machines.
• Training and develop all the technical manual for the maintenance teams.
• Validation of new equipment with the OEM.
• Development of standard work for maintenance activities.
• Ensuring a maintenance plan for new equipment.
• Review of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings for all new equipment.
• Coding of all critical components of the new equipment.
• Purchase of critical spare parts.

Work Appropriately

• On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis.

• This position is temporary: 12 months.

Knowledge:

• Education: Mechatronics, Electronics, or Electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of CNCs, the ability to understand or interpret drawings, and advanced knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• English intermediate.
