Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires being on-site 3 days per week.

What you will do (responsibilities):

  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging and brand‑consistent content for external platforms.

  • Coordinate and execute the annual event calendar, including major brand events, mobile activations, product launches, and autoshow participation.

  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, and dealers to deliver high‑quality brand experiences.

  • Support Go‑to‑Market strategies by creating materials, tools, and content for product launches and sales teams.

  • Manage endomarketing content to strengthen internal engagement and brand culture.

  • Monitor content performance and customer feedback to optimize communication strategies.

  • Manage the content calendar across owned channels including website, social media, CRM, and dealer communications

  • Maintain an organized and accessible repository of all brand assets.

  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Support the design and implementation of integrated customer experiences across the full purchase journey (awareness, consideration, purchase, and loyalty).

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, product, communications, CRM, and dealer marketing teams.

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals for marketing content and experiential initiatives.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards.

  • Coordinate production processes for digital assets, events, and campaign materials.

  • Develop and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.

  • Strong understanding of storytelling and brand voice across social platforms.

  • Manage and track the full marketing budget, ensuring accurate planning, execution, and reporting.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, content creation, event coordination, or marketing roles.

  • Proven experience executing product launches and brand initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with digital tools, content management platforms, and marketing systems.

  • Strong organizational and project‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.

  • Ability to identify, coordinate, and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience managing brand accounts across major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Strong awareness of emerging social media trends, viral formats, and cultural moments relevant to automotive audiences.

  • Experience managing and analyzing marketing budgets (100% ownership).

  • Advanced English (conversational and capable of delivering presentations).

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.

  • Previous experience working with media agencies, influencers, and brand‑experience partners.

  • Experience collaborating with dealer networks or commercial teams.

  • Background in large‑scale event execution and multi‑agency coordination.

  • Experience in endomarketing initiatives.

  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
