Description Coordinador de PTR e Implementación de Cambios En Sitio: Esta posición requiere trabajo presencial en sitio a tiempo completo.
Descripción del puesto:
Este puesto de Coordinador de PTR e Implementación de Cambios es responsable de asegurar la ejecución eficiente y efectiva de los procesos de "Plan de Trabajo de Reposición" (PTR) y la implementación de cambios dentro de la organización. El rol requiere un individuo proactivo, organizado y con fuertes habilidades de comunicación para colaborar con diversos equipos.
Responsabilidades:
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la implementación de los planes de trabajo de reposición (PTR).
Gestionar y documentar los procesos de control de cambios, asegurando la adecuada comunicación y aprobación.
Colaborar con diferentes departamentos para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los cambios implementados.
Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a la implementación de cambios.
Mantener la documentación actualizada de los procesos de PTR y control de cambios.
Elaborar informes de seguimiento y progreso de los planes de trabajo y cambios implementados.
Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos relacionados con PTR y la gestión de cambios.
Habilidades Requeridas:
Carreras afines: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Industrial y de Sistemas, Administración, Sistemas Computacionales o cualquier ingeniería relacionada o experiencia afín.
Experiencia demostrable en el manejo de almacenamiento comercial y logística.
Dominio del paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
Capacidad de organización y gestión de proyectos.
Experiencia previa en roles de coordinación o implementación de cambios (deseable).
Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (deseable).
