  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align assumptions, share insights, and drive execution on key initiatives.

Leadership & Talent Development

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing:

  • Stretch assignments and visibility to senior leadership

    • Regular coaching, feedback, and career development discussions

    • Assist the team in prioritizing workload and focusing on the most value-added analysis and deliverables.

    • Lead by example, demonstrating GM behaviors, a commitment to personal development, and a focus on creating a positive, inclusive Workplace of Choice culture.

Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

    • 5+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, business finance, corporate finance, or related areas).

    • 1+ years of experience managing or leading a team, including mentoring, coaching, or project leadership.

    • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including building and maintaining financial models, performing complex analysis, and working with large data sets.

    • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for a business unit, function, or product line.

What Can Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or operations environments is a strong plus.

    • Background in a large, matrixed organization with exposure to cross-functional business partnership.
