Description:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Brand Lead to join our team and act as a true brand owner. This role requires someone with strong strategic judgment, hands-on execution capability, and the confidence to lead complex brand initiatives independently.

The ideal candidate has already led multiple brand campaigns end-to-end, is comfortable working with data, and can manage cross-functional teams and agencies with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Campaign Leadership

  • Lead brand campaigns end-to-end: strategic brief, creative development, execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Translate business objectives into clear brand and communication strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Data & Insights:

  • Analyze brand, consumer, and performance data to identify insights and growth opportunities.
  • Track and report on key brand and campaign KPIs.
  • Turn data into clear recommendations and action plans.

Cross-Functional & Agency Management:

  • Lead and coordinate external agencies.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Product and Performance.
  • Manage complex timelines, multiple projects, and shifting priorities.

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to the rest of the team.
  • Have contact with Chevrolet's global team.
  • Support annual brand planning, launches, and key growth initiatives.
  • Take ownership of strategic projects and represent the brand when needed.

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end brand campaigns.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • FMCG, automotive, retail, or similar industries preferred.

Capabilities

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution skills.
  • High comfort level with data analysis and insight-driven decision making.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority.

Seniority Expectations

  • This role requires autonomy, judgment, and accountability.
  • The candidate should be capable of operating as a brand owner when required.
  • Prior experience making trade-offs and navigating ambiguity is expected.

Work Properly.

Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
