At present, it has major brands including Häagen-Dazs and Wanchai Ferry which are internationally renowned. General Mills has built in China 4 modern production bases, which are located in Sanhe of Hebei Province, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Nanjing respectively. In addition, it has 3 central kitchens in Shanghai, Tianjin and Guangzhou, a R&D Center in Shanghai, and more than 400 Häagen-Dazs stores. Responsibility:

• Support line manager for creating annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans, KPI plans, data support plan for China ecommerce channels; in charge of monitoring weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales operating results; leading the team to reach company goals.
• Proactively develop e-commerce channels, negotiate and cooperate with third-party platforms, and follow up and manage the progress of cooperative projects.
• Work closely with other sales channels and marketing teams to devise distribution network policies, online retail operation regulations and following up on each stage of the distribution planning process. Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or above with a major related to Business, Management, or Marketing.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant ecommerce industry management or operation management experience preferred.
