Your Role As a Marketing Intern, you will be a key support to the Iberia Marketing team, actively contributing to the creation and execution of brand plans across the Iberia market.

This is not a “watch-and-learn” internship.

You will be hands-on, exposed to real business decisions, and involved end-to-end in brand activation, innovation, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities You will support the team in areas such as:

Brand

Experience: & Media Activation Support the development and execution of ATL & BTL plans (media campaigns, influencers, partnerships, PR, events, sampling).

Collaborate with local agencies to ensure strong local adaptation and flawless execution.

Co-lead the social media strategy & planning Innovation & New Product Development (NPD) Contribute to the NPD pipeline by supporting project tracking, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination.

Help identify key consumer and marketing implications for new launches.

Packaging & Brand Assets Support packaging development and local adaptation.

Localize global and regional brand assets for Iberia across channels and touchpoints.

Budget & Performance Tracking Assist in marketing budget tracking, purchase order creation and basic performance analysis to support decision-making.

What We’re Looking For Must-haves Bachelor’s degree (or in the final stage of studies) Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Nice-to-have mindset Strong curiosity for brands, consumers, and marketing Analytical, structured, and execution-oriented Creative thinker with a growth mindset Proactive, resilient, and results-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Why This Internship Matters This internship is designed to build future marketers.
