You will be the primary owner of where we go with your campus – you will be invaluable in determining how we move forward and build relationships on your campus.

You will then work with your Recruiting Team Lead to develop our specific comprehensive campus plan Act as the first point of contact to students, organizations and professors to share internship and career opportunities Participate in General Mills career fairs Present to campus organizations and information sessions Help coordinate on-campus interview process Seek out additional organizations and efforts with which General Mills should be involved Exposure Network with corporate recruiting team members, plus Senior Leadership interaction Organize campus recruiting social activities and volunteer events Work with and develop relationships with the key members of your own school’s Career Center Compensation and Timing What kind of benefits can I expect?

Pay: $14 per hour, position is a temporary non-scheduled part-time status, hourly wage position, no additional benefits included Timing: August 2026 – April 2027 Need food?
