The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Madrid.

In this pivotal role, you will be the voice of the consumer, responsible for driving all elements of the marketing mix to generate high levels of growth through demand generation and new household recruitment across Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead the development and execution of long-term (multi-annual) and annual business plans, defining growth strategies and key performance indicators aligned with regional brand strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Champion a growth mindset while leading cross-functional teams (Sales, Category Management, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure excellence in plan execution and achieve financial year and 3-year operating plan targets.

Performance Analysis & Optimization: Own the brand section in monthly business reviews, analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, mitigating risks, and closing any deviations or gaps.

Innovation & Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and bring forward new opportunities across all marketing levers to accelerate brand performance and market share.

Integrated Campaign Development: Build and execute effective, innovative, and large-scale activation plans, including new product development (NPD) launches, media campaigns, point-of-sale (POS) visibility, and brand experiences, to drive brand equity growth and superior ROI.

Media Strategy: Develop efficient and innovative media plans that strategically balance short-term ROI with long-term brand equity objectives.

Consumer & Market Expertise: Act as the expert for the Spanish & Portuguese consumer, collaborating with regional and cluster teams to develop market-specific innovations, renovations, and communication plans that drive success.

Shopper Marketing: Develop and deliver strong 360º consumer and shopper activation plans, including the development and execution of local shopper initiatives for both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels.

Build strong relationships and networks across the organization to drive focus on the Iberia market.

Build, grow and nurture the marketing team (1 permanent and 1 intern) Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other graduate degree preferred.

Experience: 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience within the FMCG sector.

Minimum 3 years in a Head of Brand or similar leadership role.

Commercial experience is a significant advantage.

Proven experience in team management.

Language: Fluent in English (C1 level required); proficiency in French is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Organizational Acumen: Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a matrix organizational structure.
