Ecommerce Strategy Manager - Convenience & Foodservice

OVERVIEW Calling all connected commerce explorers! Did you know that Convenience & Foodservice (C&F) actually has one of the largest ecommerce businesses in the COMPANY? Almost 70% of our foodservice business is ordered through our foodservice distributor partner’s websites. We’ve done excellent foundational work to ensure we show up brilliantly but are looking for a customer-focused ecommerce manager to help us take our customer advantage to the next level. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Own Customer-facing Ecommerce Go-To-Market strategy for C&F External “face” / key influencer / expert of General Mills ecommerce strategy in the industry Work with Director to create/own LRP vision/roadmap for C&F Ecommerce ID needs and drive investment strategy to drive GMI Connected Commerce advantage (e.g, SEO, digital shelf) Work closely with / influence cross-functional partners (Marketing/D&T) to prioritize focus/invest Manage / prioritize distributor Content Specialist roles (2) for maximum impact Own KPI measurement of progress / success Ensure GMI “shows up brilliantly” by growing online share and A+ PDP compliance Accelerate leadership by leveraging data and analytics to drive actionable insights and business strategies MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ecommerce Experience/Expertise (5+ years preferred) Strategic Agile Strong Communicator Strong ability to influence to get things done Problem solver/solution-oriented Analytical Ability to work autonomously in murky waters Ability to meet/exceed deadlines Attention to detail Passion to learn / natural curiosity PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Foodservice experience a plus but not required COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
