Consultant with focus in delivering the Digital Manufacturing technologies and solutions across EUAU region.

This position will be responsible for leading in creating solutions that execute, monitor, and enhance the manufacturing process, while implementing cutting edge technology to augment and immerse plant floor employees with the insights they need to increase productivity and simplify their overall experience.

The position also involves rolling out and providing on-going technical support on Digital business applications for EUAU region.

Key Accountabilities Lead Implementation and Governance of Digital manufacturing Solutions across EUAU region such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Connected workers (CW) Collaborate with business stakeholders for User requirements and scope Identification.

Design System and Information Architecture Infrastructure and system set-up by collaborating with cross functional teams such as D&T (Cybersecurity and Server Team) Configuration and Deployment of Applications Design and build Application Integrations that supports manufacturing processes across operations, quality, and materials.

Liaise and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of MES solutions, support, and system components as required Scaling of Digital Solution across EUAU region Standardize and deploy across multiple plants in region.

Provide Training to Users Develop Documentation and Training Manuals Provide ongoing support to solutions deployed.

Develop solutions to chronic problems.

Plan and assist in Disaster Recovery Plans Manage System architecture.

Software / Hardware upgrade Software Version Management Obsolescence Minimum Qualifications

Education: – Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical / IT Engineering (Full time graduation from an accredited university)

Experience: – 12+ years of relevant experience Skills Needed – Experienced in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and its Integration in manufacturing environment and with Enterprise systems.

Practical experience with the Parsec TrakSYS MES platform, including configuration, development, troubleshooting, and deployment across manufacturing environments Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft SQL Server, including in-depth knowledge of database objects such as functions, stored procedures, triggers, indexes, and complex query development and optimization Web development experience, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX for creating and customizing MES-related interfaces and integrations.

Good understanding of manufacturing industry standards (ISA S88 S95) and Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported MES and automation frameworks Experienced in OT related data and communications (Wonderware system platforms, Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) Demonstrated Organization Skills, Analytical, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Troubleshooting, Interpersonal Skills Ability to navigate through changes and uncertainty with professionalism.

The willingness and experience to work hands-on is most important for this role.
