  • OVERVIEW The position is responsible for providing guidance and direction to the Reporting team members globally and ensuring business needs are met. This includes ensuring the right data and metrics are leveraged in reporting and that the reporting brings insight to drive better business decisions. This also includes responsibility for driving efforts to standardize, and optimize reports and metrics globally, upholding governance standards and working with stakeholders to ensure a pipeline of value added reporting deliverables are delivered to the organization. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Lead a global team of report developers to deliver a pipeline of value added strategic and operational reporting
  • Provide individualized coaching and direction to team members and lead annual talent processes for reporting team
  • Ensure effective and efficient day to day operations that upholds the reporting strategy and principles
  • Leverage performance metrics to address bottlenecks and proactively identify operational improvements
  • Drive HR Workforce Data & Reporting governance processes and ensure governance standards are followed
  • Ensure Workday bi-annual releases are evaluated for impact and desired functionality is incorporated into reporting
  • Ensure Compliance and Legal reporting is correct and delivered as mandated
  • Deeply understand the data and how the business process influences data to ensure the right data are leveraged in deliverables
  • Develop and deliver workforce reporting and basic descriptive analysis to HR and the business that aligns with business objectives and provides actionable, relevant and timely insights
  • Drive standard interpretation, output and use of workforce data; communicate data nuances that impact interpretation
  • Develop and deliver reporting training content and supporting documentation
  • Function as the HR workforce data expert able to consult and guide consumers of HR data MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years Workday HCM Data & Reporting experience
  • Ability to deliver Workday reporting: Advanced, Matrix, n Box, Trending, Composite, Calculated Fields
  • 1+ year of People Management experience with proven ability to coach, develop and lead people
  • Maintains a customer-focused and consultative approach when responding to report requests
  • Must have excellent sound judgment and discretion regarding the handling of confidential information
  • Proven ability to interpret and use data to gain insight and tell a story to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Strong communication skills written and oral
  • Highly self-motivated, self-starter able to navigate ambiguity PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources or related discipline
  • Tech savvy and ability to leverage reporting tools such as Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), PowerPoint, and Tableau
