Purpose of the Position Ensure availability of right SKUs at the right Co-Packers at the right time. In the process, the incumbent is expected to carry out backward planning to ensure that the demand plan flows accurately from the sales forecast, that the production plan is in line with the demand plan, which translates into a dispatch plan, and finally into a receipt plan to avoid loss of sale. Responsible for RM/PM planning for Co-Packers and Operations Accounting for all Co-Packers and Vendors. With Zero or minimal Write off Risk Key Responsibilities & Expectations Materials management – Responsible for running end to end daily finished good warehousing operation with ownership of Safety, Quality & Customer Service while leading a team on shop floor Responsible to prepare the dispatch plan, monitor movement as per plans and ensure timely movement of materials basis demand Co-ordinate with supply planning team for meeting finished goods dispatches requirements Tracking and optimizing number of vehicles used for internal material movement Ensure right documentation and document archival to ensure 100% compliance & audit readiness Monthly, Quarterly and Annual stock Reconciliation with zero outages Monthly cost and HMM tracking for respective area Monthly SLOB & Provisioning review Consolidated tracking of KPIs and MIS Working Capital Management Track and monitor inventory levels of finished goods and forward to management as a part of MIS. Compliances Tracking of all safety, statutory and regulatory compliances Ensure compliances toward FSQ policies: Traceability, Storage, material handling Planning & Despatches Support AM Supply chain in production planning & dispatches Streamline process & bring rigor to deliver breakthrough results across all major buckets Drive Self Capability Participate & Lead in Safety & Quality initiatives Participate & Lead in kaizens, 5’s and other business initiatives Key Interfaces Internal Safety, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations External Transporters, CFA, Vendors, Service Providers, etc. Values and Leadership: The incumbent is expected to role model the General Mills Values: Do the right thing all the time: Ensure all dealings are transparent and conducted with ethics & integrity. Candidate Profile Graduate with MBA (Supply Chain) preferred. Having 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Inventory Planning / Despatches (Domestic & Exports) / Materials Management / Supply Chain Planning in FMCG / Food.
