Employee Relations Analyst Job Title: Employee Relations Analyst Location: Mumbai, India Work Mode: Hybrid Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM As a key member of the Employee Relations team, you will make meaningful contributions to the businesses and teams you support.

You will build lasting partnerships with leaders at all levels, providing guidance and advice on sensitive team matters.

Applicants should have proven experience with the accountabilities, competencies, and skills outlined below.

Accountabilities Coach managers to enhance both employee performance and their own leadership skills.

Guide managers to deliver consistent, effective employee experiences in sensitive matters including misconduct, accommodations, and separations.

Combine investigative expertise with empathy, objectivity, and consistency to address and resolve complex concerns such as harassment, discrimination, and misconduct.

Support leaders through reorganizations and restructures, proactively creating and sharing tools and best practices that strengthen organizational capabilities.

Analyze trends to develop actionable insights, identify training opportunities, and recommend policy or process improvements.

Manage and leverage stakeholders to ensure solutions align with company culture, corporate policies, and legal requirements.

Partner across functions to advance ER priorities, including data analytics, MOP training, and COE expansion.

Collaborate with Global ER, Ethics & Compliance, and Workplace Violence Prevention teams on complex ER cases.

Work with India and Global Legal teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and local laws.

Promote ER awareness across the site, equipping managers to proactively handle ER situations.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree 10–12 years of ER or related HR experience Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws Solutions-oriented mindset, consistently identifying value-added solutions Objective and critical thinking, maintaining an unbiased perspective and evaluating situations holistically Proven ability to influence leaders to act in the organization’s best interest Leadership mindset, integrating leadership behaviors and enabling partners to do the same Calm, confident demeanor under pressure, with strong prioritization and execution skills Preferred Requirements Expertise in performance management and the performance management lifecycle Consultative, coaching, and action-planning skills

Experience: investigating and resolving misconduct issues Ability to anticipate issues, problem-solve, and implement solutions, escalating critical matters appropriately Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to quickly establish productive relationships across functions
