If so, our L.I.F.T. Summit may be for you! Leaders Innovating Flight for Tomorrow (L.I.F.T.) is an early-access GE Aerospace recruiting event!

Required qualifications:

• Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Business/Finance, Digital Technology, Supply Chain, or related degree.

• Degree completion on or after December 2027

• Current cumulative GPA equal to or greater than 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, without rounding

• Permanent legal authorization to work in the U.S. Specific to the co-op roles in our Systems Engineering group, US Citizenship is required.

• Have not previously attended the L.I.F.T Summit and/or are not a current, previous or incoming GE Aerospace intern/co-op/full-time employee

L.I.F.T. Summit: Leaders Innovating Flight for Tomorrow

The 2026 L.I.F.T. Summit will take place July 8-10 at GE Aerospace headquarters in Cincinnati, OH. This signature event hosts university students to learn about GE Aerospace and how we are advancing flight for future generations! Hosted by our early career recruiting team and our employee base, this 3-day event will build relationships with top students and potentially send them home with offers for 2027 starts.

This also includes early access to interview for a 2027 internship/co-op in Engines Engineering, Systems Engineering (spring and fall co-ops only), Supply Chain, Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS), Digital Technology, or Finance.

We will provide:

• Meals, transportation, and lodging paid by GE Aerospace

• Introduction to GE Aerospace, company learnings & site tours

• Professional skills development and insights for career advancement

• Networking directly with GE Aerospace Leaders

• Guaranteed Interview with hiring manager for a 2027 Internship or Co-Op
