In this role, you will perform a variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on hardware components such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables, including complex rework, soldering, wiring, and testing. Working at our Clearwater Location: Clearwater is a provider of engineering, circuit card assembly, OEM Avionics, and MRO services to commercial and military customers, with products and technologies that are diverse and highly sophisticated. We are looking for a talented individual to perform a variety of production assembly operations, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive tasks, involving hardware such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. This role includes complex rework, soldering, wiring, and testing capabilities, allowing you to showcase your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Diverse Assembly Operations: Engage in electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly tasks, working with various hardware components like modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Your role will involve both repetitive and non-repetitive operations, ensuring a dynamic and varied work experience.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Educational and Technical Skills: High school diploma or equivalent education, with the ability to read and comprehend technical work instructions.

Soldering and Certification: Soldering experience and the ability to become J-Std certified within the first 30 days of employment.

Physical and Work Requirements: Ability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds, work with hazardous materials, and work overtime as required.
Desired Skills / Experience:

Technical Proficiency and Experience: Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions, with a minimum of 6 years of industry or similarly related job experience.
