Job Description Summary
The Professional Maintenance Specialist is responsible for leading the control and improvement of all activities related to professional maintenance through the application of the PM pillar methodology.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
-
Spreads the PM methodology through training sessions on theoretical aspects.
-
Plans and tracks professional maintenance projects (according to TGPC–TAKT LINE–critical business priorities).
-
Plans activities to restore basic conditions by managing 1000-type work orders in collaboration with the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) team.
-
Identifies the machine components to be maintained, starting from manuals, drawings, and schematics, in order to prepare a machine ledger based on the maintenance of sub-assemblies.
-
Understands and uses maintenance analysis tools (EWO) and defines the related countermeasures to be implemented based on identified root causes.
-
Reviews the frequency of cyclical/preventive maintenance tasks through performance data analysis.
-
Analyzes maintenance KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR.
Qualifications/Requirements
-
Degree in technical/mechanical engineering obtained from a university, or a technical high school diploma
-
Solid experience in manufacturing production
-
Knowledge of the SAP system
-
Knowledge of TPM and WCM principles
-
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capability to resolve technical issues
-
Excellent command of Italian and English
-
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
