Objectives of this Role

  • Collaborate with both Local & Part Family level management in the development of performance goals and long-term Maintenance Department plans.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Set strategic goals for Maintenance Team to guarantee Customer efficiency and increased productivity.
  • Analyze current processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee guidelines for Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost control in Maintenance Department.
  • Day to day manage directly reporting team including FLIGHT DECK standards implementation.
  • Embracing & promoting FLIGHT DECK mindset and approach in day-to-day operations & interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding department activity and strategic goals.
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the team to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Works closely with GE Aerospace management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory & corporate requirements.
  • Devise strategies to ensure growth of maintenance performance, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs using FLIGHT DECK standards.
  • Prepare and execute financial budget realization for Maintenance Department.
  • Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed, as well as lead the team with integrity and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.
  • Actively promote & demonstrate GE Aerospace Behaviors in daily performance supporting company culture.
  • Prepare reports as per company standards and deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, working in a global company.
  • Relevant professional education.
  • Advanced practical computer skills primally with MS Office: analyses & reports, writing procedures, preparing presentations.
  • Proven ability to develop sustainable cooperative professional relationships on all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership skills and hands on, proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, focus on and obtain business results.
  • Fluency in English & Polish language.
