  • Ensure statutory documentation and asset readiness: RC, insurance, permits, PUC, fitness, and audit records; maintain high fleet availability and minimal downtime
  • Prepare and publish MIS on OTIF, freight costs, incidents, compliance, and vendor performance; drive continuous improvement

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing logistics and aerospace/regulated industry compliance
  • Vendor management, negotiation, SLA governance, and cost control
  • High attention to safety, quality, packaging/handling standards, and documentation accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, GPS/telematics, and transport/dispatch management systems
  • Strong coordination, problem solving, and communication across shifts

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced transport/logistics lead from large, regulated manufacturing (aerospace/automotive), with proven OTIF delivery, safety-first mindset, solid vendor governance, and data-driven cost control.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Administration, Management, Security Management, Engineering, or related field

  • 6–8 years of transport/logistics experience in regulated manufacturing (aerospace preferred)

  • Working knowledge of Motor Vehicle Act, RTO norms, and AS9100/ISO requirements

  • Experience managing mixed fleets and third-party logistics in 24x7, multi-shift operations

Whether we are manufacturing components for our engines, driving innovation in fuel and noise reduction, or unlocking new opportunities to grow and deliver more productivity, our GE Aerospace teams are dedicated and making a global impact. Join us and help move the aerospace industry forward.
