You will also help us deepen our use of Artificial Intelligence by developing clever and impactful solutions that accelerate our operations.
You will be exposed to huge learning opportunities coming from the vast experience of our multicultural team, working with high-end technologies, lean techniques, and complex processes.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Work within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies and Procedures, Engineering Standards, Design Customer Operating Procedures, Specifications, Government and Commercial Standards, and special security requirements.
Get immersed into the processes and applications related to the supported organizations
Perform data search and exploration into the multiple sources and systems used by our organization.
Establish communication with database owners and teams to interpret, understand and collect sufficient information.
Work with internal Artificial Intelligence tools for research and solutions
Create, support, and invent creative solutions using programming languages to minimize non-value activities and improve processes.
Provide detailed information based on a deep understanding of the data obtained.
Document with accuracy the procedures, guidelines and instructions of the solutions provided, ensuring a long-term maintenance of such tools and solutions.
Provide timely communication on significant issues to key stakeholders
Validate and Self-check your own work, minimizing the supervision of the efforts performed.
Qualification / Requirements
Computer Systems, Software, Computer Science Engineering student, (ideally around 12 months before you finish your bachelor’s degree)
Proven knowledge of programming languages that can work with Excel or other software for automation, data processing, and integration.
Hunger for learning
Fluency in English: Must be able to maintain a normal day-to-day fluid conversation in English on any topic with few mistakes (mistakes that do not affect clear understanding). Must have fluency, rhythm, and sufficient self-confidence in the language to handle meetings and conversations with native English speakers.
Demonstrated Presentation skills in English: able to communicate with Senior Leadership located in other countries.
Availability to dedicate 4 continuous hours to the job per day without interfering with your school responsibilities.
Able to work in Hybrid mode (office / home) at Querétaro, México
Be able to identify risks and concerns and communicate them timely to key stakeholders.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, go-ahead attitude, enthusiastic and creative person with abilities to collaborate across multiple teams.
Self-driven person, organized, accountable and responsible for commitments and deadlines.
Visual Management tools experience is a plus
Desired Skills
Knowledge of Python, VBA, C# / .NET or other similar programing languages
Knowledge of Excel tools
