- High attention to hygiene, 5S, and compliance; strong communication and team leadership
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting; comfort with digital logs and dashboard
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced industrial canteen leader from large, 24x7 manufacturing environments, with strong FSSAI/ISO awareness, vendor/SLA governance, and a track record of delivering safe, on-time meals with high employee satisfaction and tight cost control.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or Food Technology
- 6–8 years’ experience managing 24x7 shift-based canteens in large manufacturing/aerospace/automotive plants
- FSSAI certification; ISO/EHS audit exposure preferred
- Experience handling multi-vendor environments and large meal volumes
