Nel ruolo di Operatore Macchine EDM, potrai avere una visione completa sulla lavorazione meccanica sia in termini di materiali, di gestione del processo e di trasformazione del particolare.
Job Description
Responsabilità principali
-
Leggere ed interpretare il cartellino di operazione
-
Gestire la preparazione macchina sulla base della lavorazione richiesta,
-
Gestire in MDI tutta la lavorazione
-
Operare in autonomia sulla correzione di quota o cambio elettrodo eseguendone la relativa sostituzione ed il necessario presettaggio
-
Eseguire il collaudo geometrico dimensionale sia preventivo in fase di lavorazione sia quello finale
Requisiti
-
Diploma tecnico di scuola superiore oppure Qualifica Professionale con significativa esperienza specifica
-
Capacità di lettura e comprensione del disegno tecnico, conoscenza delle tolleranze lineari e di tipo geometrico
-
Conoscenza base delle lavorazioni convenzionali
-
Capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico e della documentazione tecnica
-
Conoscenza macchine utensili tradizionali (trapani, sega a nastro ecc.) e utensili pneumatici di precisione (smerigliatrici, sbavatori, ecc.) necessari alle operazioni di aggiustaggio
-
Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura (calibro, micrometro, comparatori)
-
Conoscenza di base delle caratteristiche di un “processo speciale” in ambito aeronautico
-
Conoscenza di base delle leghe metalliche
-
Principi base di matematica
-
Conoscenza dell'inglese tecnico base
-
Italiano fluente scritto e parlato
-
Capacità di lavorare in squadra
-
Disponibilità a lavorare su 3 turni e/o nel weekend
-
Visto lavorativo in conformità con la regolamentazione locale
