Site Overview:

Established in 2000, the John F. Welch Technology Center (JFWTC) in Bengaluru is our multidisciplinary research and engineering center. Engineers and scientists at JFWTC have contributed to hundreds of aviation patents, pioneering breakthroughs in engine technologies, advanced materials, and additive manufacturing.

We are seeking a highly motivated student to support inspection technology development and application across aerospace components and systems. As an NDE Intern, you’ll work with experienced engineers and technicians to execute inspection trials, analyze results, and help improve methods such as ultrasonic, eddy current, radiographic methods. You’ll contribute to procedure updates, data collection, and reporting that drive safety and quality, while gaining hands-on experience with standards, equipment calibration, and root-cause investigations.

Idea Candidate:

Someone either pursuing Under Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical/Aerospace with some courses on NDE of Materials.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should be pursuing M.Tech/ MS/ B.Tech/ BS.
