Job Description Summary

The Analytics Product Developer role supports in the development and leads the deployment of analytics. The role will work closely with customer teams, engineering, and digital teams to prioritize, develop, and utilize analytics to support fleet stability. The role will also utilize its expertise and extensive process and software development knowledge to complete tasks associated with analytic visualization development and process improvement efforts.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the deployment of analytics working closely with Customer Teams and Engineering
  • Support the prioritization and development of analytics to support overall fleet stability
  • Work closely with the Digital Teams on development of Digital Products for Analytic applications
  • Provide inputs and influence over decisions within own discipline and area
  • Develop strong communication and diplomacy skills
  • Communicate recommendations and solutions across direct organization and with cross-functional partner organizations
  • Present project plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams
  • Make complex decisions; influence decision making with external parties
  • Find and interpret data sources, manage large amounts of data, merge data sources together, ensure consistency of datasets, create visualizations to aid in understanding data, and communicate insights/findings in simplified way to reach people who do not understand complex statistics
  • Prioritize, prototype, design, build, test, and deploy analytics models and scorecards in agile methodology
  • Develop communication, training, and change management deliverables required to increase adoption
  • Assist in the creation of process for efficient fleet segmentation/sub-fleeting for on-wing engines.
  • Provide data validation for database updates
  • Create methods and digital tools w/visualization and to support Fleet segmentation/sub-fleeting process
  • Create various analysis and charts for data evaluation and internal technical reviews
  • Work with global team on setting the requirements and developing the analytic/digital products

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will be a forward thinking, clear communicator who has experience working with both internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
