Join our Engineering team as a Program Manager who sits at the heart of how we design, deliver, and improve. In this role, you will drive high-impact initiatives that make our Engineering function faster, smarter, and more effective. You will be the connector between Engineering and cross-functional partners, shaping how we use metrics, dashboards, processes, and tools to execute our most important programs.You will play a key role in planning and executing complex programs, helping teams stay aligned on priorities, timelines, and outcomes. While this role operates within established practices, you’ll have room to shape how work gets done, bring forward new ideas, and continuously improve how we operate.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional, technology-driven, or product-focused programs from concept through execution, ensuring teams stay aligned and on track.
  • Own program budgets and resources, partnering with contractors, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver on commitments.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, and tollgate processes for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs, ensuring milestones are hit and risks are managed.
  • Translate customer CTQs into action, influencing program scope and execution so that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Develop deep expertise in a technical discipline, using your experience and technical insight to help shape and execute policy and strategy.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, using this knowledge to prioritize work and guide decisions that benefit your area and the broader organization.
  • Exercise sound judgment in solving problems, proposing solutions that may go beyond standard approaches—while collaborating with leaders and experts for guidance.
  • Leverage analytic and technical skills to resolve issues, using data, collaboration, and internal networks to drive clear, informed decisions.
  • Operate as a high-impact individual contributor or emerging people leader, capable of coaching others, building talent, and providing informal guidance to new team members.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning outcomes, working across teams, and turning complex challenges into structured, executable plans.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering (preferably mechanical/manufacturing/aerospace)
  • 3+ years of engineering program/project management experience

  • Collaboration and influence – able to build relationships, align stakeholders, and create momentum across functions.
