MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACTAs a Share Point Developer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our client. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing Share Point environments for our organization. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated technical expertise in Share Point site management, configuration, workflow development, and performance optimization. This role is critical in designing and enhancing Share Point solutions, providing operations and maintenance (O&M) support, and ensuring compliance with IT standards and best practices. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

· Assessing and validating Share Point and web-based requirements to meet business objectives.

· Designing and optimizing Share Point workflow architectures for improved functionality and efficiency.

· Redesigning existing Share Point applications to add new features, optimize functionality, improve scalability, and enhance stability and performance.

· Providing operations and maintenance (O&M) support for Share Point environments, including content management, troubleshooting, and issue remediation.

· Creating and developing new Share Point sites based on user requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bring your expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Share Point Developer must have: · Education: BA/BS in Information Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience

Experience: 10+ years of related experience

· Technical skills required:

· Demonstrated experience managing Share Point environments

· Expertise as a Site Collection Administrator (SCA)

· Proven experience working with users to identify, validate, and prioritize Share Point site requirements and issues

· Strong knowledge of assigning, editing, and maintaining Share Point user roles and permissions

· Hands-on experience implementing Share Point configuration changes for issue resolution and compliance with IT best practices or industry standards

· Ability to create and enhance Share Point workflow architectures

· Experience migrating, configuring, and developing Share Point sites to improve functionality and user experience

· Demonstrated experience optimizing Share Point environments for stability, scalability, and performance

· Certification: Security+ certification (or equivalent).

Security clearance level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

· Desired skills and experience:

· Experience supporting backend Share Point architecture

· Certification as a Share Point Administrator

· Demonstrated experience as a Share Point Designer

· Expertise updating user documents and libraries within Share Point environments

· Experience creating user manuals and documentation for Share Point users

· Familiarity with Share Point Site Collection Administration within the sponsor’s organization

The likely salary range for this position is $169,604 - $229,464. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
