Job Description:
PROGRAM SR DIRECTOR:
Oversee complex programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Sr Director. Manage a team of technical professionals spread across multiple programs or tasks. Work closely with internal stakeholders (management, recruiting, contracts, accounting etc.) and external customers to meet business goals.

Lead a significant portion of the Praxis portfolio and a critical national security relevant program

Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Business Development to develop and implement growth strategies for on-contract and portfolio growth

Drive technical excellence, customer partnership, and financial outcomes

The likely salary range for this position is $238,000 - $322,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
