- Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant technical/product roles, with at least 3 years focused on inverter-based systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with power semiconductor devices, converter topologies, power electronics principles, and control systems for grid-connected inverters.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with EMC/EMI principles and mitigation techniques for power electronics systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Education: Master’s degree or PhD with a focus on Power Electronics or Control Systems.
- Advanced Technical Tools: Proficiency with simulation and modeling tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD, or PSpice for transient and steady-state analysis.
- Advanced Grid Knowledge: Deep expertise in Grid-Forming (GFM) inverter technologies and advanced grid-support functions (e.g., black start, synthetic inertia).
- Regulatory Leadership: Proven track record of leading products through full certification cycles (UL 1741 SB, IEEE 1547-2018) and participating in industry standard-setting bodies or working groups.
- Operational Excellence: Experience applying Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies to hardware development cycles to improve quality and reduce "time to market."
- Strategic Influence: Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps and translate complex customer/grid requirements into actionable engineering specifications.
- Global Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams across different time zones, specifically managing the hand-off between R&D and manufacturing.
Why You'll Love It:
