What impact you'll make

• As a Fleet Performance Engineer
• Tools & Analytics, you will be an active contributor to the improvement of Haliade-X fleet availability to contractually agreed levels and the reduction of Return to Service time through data-driven tools, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description:

• What you'll do

• Keep the Haliade-X wind farm running at availability levels as defined in the SMA by providing solutions and support to field teams to quickly return tripped turbines to operation.

• Develop software tools that provide key insights into fleet and turbine performance, including operational statistical methods and complex data management.

• Perform diagnosis, failure analysis, and performance control of GE wind turbines.

• Escalate high-impact recurring issues to Engineering to initiate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) when necessary.

• Support Engineering sub-systems teams on RCAs by providing clear and detailed technical information on recurring issues.

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of analytical and software tools to support Senior Troubleshooters and Turbine Doctors.

• Create tools using Tableau, MATLAB, advanced Excel, and other engineering analysis platforms depending on the data source and type of analysis.

• Collaborate effectively with the Digital Technologies team to develop a common set of tools and improve the speed and availability of field data for analysis.

• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and analytics to maximize fleet availability and minimize Return to Service time.

• What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications

• Engineering degree and experience with programming and data analysis.

• Experience in the wind turbine technical support area, in field support or in an engineering domain.

• Good understanding of wind turbine technology and operation, analytical skills and ability to understand causal factors.

• Experience with Matlab, Tableau and management of large data sets.

• Fluent in English
