Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to manage sourcing strategies, vendor negotiations, and procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing high-quality materials and services at competitive prices, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting overall supply chain efficiency and driving continuous improvement.
Job Description
Sourcing & Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure supply continuity.

Conduct supplier performance evaluations and risk assessments.
Procurement Operations:
-
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, from request for quotation (RFQ) to purchase order issuance.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs and timelines.
-
Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any supply or quality issues.
Cost Management & Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, lead time and payment terms to achieve cost savings and minimize risk.
Compliance & Process Improvement:

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and generate procurement reports for management.

Support audit processes and documentation requirements.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across the procurement function.
Education & Experience:
-
Diploma in supply chain management, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.

3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

Excellent communication, organizational, follow up abilities and analytical skills

Ability to work in manufacturing and fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
