  • Ensure material readiness plans are in place and actively monitored, providing full visibility to the PMO on long-lead items, critical-path components, and engineered to-order parts, and driving timely follow-up to support project commitments.
  • Drive factory execution by leading weekly operational reviews, identifying priority conflicts, escalating risks, and ensuring timely resolution of constraints.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, PMO, fulfillment, sourcing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless material coordination and early identification of risks or gaps.

  • Advanced experience in Services & Materials Management.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong project-management skills with proven ability to manage critical-path items and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive execution within factories and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Effective stakeholder and multi-stakeholder management across global functions (engineering, factory operations, PMO, sourcing).

  • Leadership mindset with a focus on ownership, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
