The Lead Materials Training and Operations Leader will demonstrate leadership in training and materials initiatives execution. In this role, you will execute training standards, improve standard work implementation, and KPI management. You will utilize your functional experience and expertise to develop and deploy training standards and drive improvements to tools and processes pertaining to materials operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support execution and deployment of the materials management training program working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Support standard work documentation to align with Materials initiatives and daily objectives
• Support onboarding of new team members developing and supporting a strong 30/60/90 day training plan
• Lead the cross-functional operating rhythm to ensure all teams are aligned and working towards a common set of KPIs and targets.
• Drive a culture of rigor around project execution across the materials network while balancing business priorities and agreed upon targets.
• Support data analytics, materials reporting, and pulling of materials KPIs
• Be available to help users with SAP functionalities and troubleshooting
• Work collaboratively with other Materials Leaders to effectively meet project goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• At least 2 years of materials management/manufacturing experience

OR

• High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with SAP in a manufacturing environment.

The base pay range for this position is $97K - $110K USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 2/26/2026, or thereafter.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
