The Jenkins, Helm & Kubernetes Integrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management

Design, build, and maintain Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and deployment

Implement Git Ops workflows

Implement automated testing pipelines
-
Optimize build processes for speed, reliability, and resource efficiency

Manage pipeline-as-code using Jenkins files and shared libraries

Integrate security scanning and quality gates into CI/CD workflows
Kubernetes & Container Orchestration

Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes clusters
-
Configure and optimize cluster resources, namespaces
-
Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and high-availability configurations
-
Monitor cluster health and application performance
Helm Chart Development & Management
-
Create, maintain, and version Helm charts for application deployments
-
Manage Helm repositories and chart dependencies
-
Implement templating best practices for multi-environment deployments
Collaboration & Support
-
Work with development teams to containerize applications

Provide technical guidance on CI/CD and Kubernetes best practices

Document processes
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Essential:
3+ years experience with Jenkins (declarative/scripted pipelines, shared libraries)

2+ years hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, operators)
-
2+ years experience with Helm (chart development, templating, versioning)
-
Strong Linux/Unix administration skills
-
Proficiency with containerization (Docker, containerd)

Experience with Git and version control workflows
-
Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Groovy)

Preferred:
Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, or CKS)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS EKS, Azure AKS, or GCP GKE)

Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)

Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Security best practices and tools (Vault, SOPS, OPA)
