Nous recherchons un Responsable des ventes Industries & Power (H/F)qui aura pour principale mission de trouver, gérer et clôturer les opportunités sur le sous-segment " Métallurgie " dans le monde entier. Vous soutiendrez également les commerciaux basés dans d'autres régions P&L.
Vos missions :
- Effectuer et gérer les opérations quotidiennes OEM/EPC/Utilisateur final en visitant et en proposant nos meilleures solutions
- Être responsable de la vente des nouveaux équipements et de toutes les solutions et produits GE Power Conversion
- Etablir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les clients à tous les niveaux décisionnels appropriés
- Surveiller, analyser et comprendre les activités du marché afin d'informer en permanence la branche sur l'ensemble de la dynamique régionale
- Développer des stratégies commerciales et transactionnelles efficaces en ligne avec les objectifs commerciaux
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies transactionnelles approuvées et mener à bien toutes les étapes des processus internes et externes
- Négocier les contrats, y compris les modalités, et diriger les équipes de négociation sur tous les aspects des projets assignés
Qualifications**:**
- Minimum Bac + 5 dans un domaine technique idéalement électronique puissance
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine technique et vous souhaitez évoluer vers une fonction commerciale (vous serez formé(e))
- Avoir idéalement une connaissance approfondie des systèmes électrotechniques de fortes puissances
- Expérience dans le milieu de la métallurgie souhaitée.
- Anglais courant
- Mobilité internationale (60%)
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between €45,500.00 and €84,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
