Main Responsibilities

• Cleaning copper conductors

• Preparing pressing bars

• Pressing bars

• Cleaning bars before insulation

• Drying preparation

• Preparing bars for polymerization

• Cleaning technological strips of bars after polymerization

• Preparing bars for painting

• Painting bars

• Individual packaging of bars

• Packaging bars in crates

Additional Responsibilities

• To document very well the work he has to perform and to immediately report any inconsistency or deviations from the provisions of the quality assurance documentation to the team leader or foreman.

• To use only the appropriate Tools and Devices.

• To comply with the execution within the time specified in the technology for each operation he performs and to complete the daily tables of evidence of the execution stage for each operation.

• To communicate the problems specific to the work he performs when handing over the activity of the next shift.

• To maintain order, cleanliness and discipline within the workshop and especially at the workplace.

• To comply with the regulations of the Quality Management System and support the achievement of quality objectives, being responsible for the quality of his work.
