Job Description Summary
The warranty support analyst will provide project and transactional support to the warranty COE leader, ensuring claims are processed accurately, data integrity is maintained, and front-end technicians are equipped with the right parts, tools, and resources to execute and deliver on outages to close out warranty claims. They will support full life-cycle warranty management across the region, ensuring customer uptime, rapid resolution, accurate cost control, and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Input, Manage and track warranty claims from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely processing and closure.
- Ensure accurate and consistent cost allocation for all claims in accordance with contract terms and internal policies.
- Review claims submission for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with warranty terms. Validate warranty budget vs final executed cost.
- Interface with warranty systems including oracle Echo, Sales force, Pulse, Smart sheets, and tableau to manage, track and execute warranty claims.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claim processing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support COE warranty leader as internal advocate for customer concerns related to warranty claims, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal execution.
- Prepare reporting dashboards and summaries for leadership.
- Coordinate internally with supply chain, engineering, services, finance, and field teams to resolve technical and commercial claim issues and ensure timely parts delivery and resolution.
- Enter Oracle ERP parts orders, POR’s, NEX equipment events, parts workflows, Pulse project status, etc.
- Support audits, documentation reviews, and system updates as required for claim records and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) or 6 years of experience in comparable service industry roles.
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience with ERP or claim tracking systems is preferred (e.g., Oracle Echo ERP).
- Strong organization skills including detailed management and tracking skills.

Relocation Assistance Provided: No
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,400.00 and $152,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
