Job Description Summary

Drive cost-saving initiatives and deliver competitive advantages for profitable growth, align sourcing activities with product line strategies, enhancing collaboration with stakeholders across functions, regions, and business lines in MEA region. Manage the sourcing process in Inquiry to Order (ITO) and Order to Revenue (OTR), ensuring value addition. Oversee vendor lists, identify risks and opportunities, and support regional product optimization and supplier qualification.

Job Description What you’ll do:- Represent ITO Sourcing during the tender stage, ensuring cost, lead time accuracy, and risk/opportunity analysis

• Represent OTR Sourcing during project execution, collaborating with the project team to meet timelines and budgets
• Maintain highest QEHS standards in decision-making with stakeholders
• Influence projects, processes, and procedures with some autonomy, applying professional judgment
• Use technical expertise to solve problems, leveraging internal resources for decision-making
• Implement Global Sourcing policy (QMS) in ITO and OTR activities, contributing to cost optimization and maturity
• Coordinate with regional and global commodity leaders to ensure the best cost and cycle scenarios
• Mitigate sourcing risks during ITO and support margin improvement during OTR
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, lead negotiations, and optimize supplier panels
• Ensure effective sourcing strategies, manage claims, and support commercial activities
• Develop in-depth knowledge of business disciplines and network internally to achieve KPIs and objectives

What you’ll bring;

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
