What impact you’ll make:

This is a position on the One Field Services (OFS) Finance team for the Gas Power Heavy Duty Gas Turbine (HDGT) Global Services business. The OFS Lead FP&A Analyst is responsible for all aspects of FP&A supporting the OFS organization (incl. short term and long-term budgeting, reporting, and portfolio analytics) along with improving the overall outage visibility & profitability. This analyst will partner closely with senior FP&A & operating leaders across Global Services business to deliver financial & operational targets, provide financial leadership, and deliver on FP&A initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Plays a critical part in supporting key strategic and horizontal initiatives. Specifically:
• ​Provide data driven, provocative analytics for all financials metrics and connect with operational analysis for outages to manage risk, and position portfolio for optimized profitability.
• ​Provide financial reporting, estimating, closing support & support operational rhythms including Functional Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR) and Finance MORs.
• ​Support presentations (Long-range Forecast, Budget, Early Reads, etc.) required to communicate financial position and strategic initiatives.
• Own consolidation & reporting of entire financial case such as commercial and cash.
• Lead & support initiatives like outage cost visibility to drive impactful change to business performance and financials.
• Lead FP&A initiatives across Services finance focused on creating standard work and driving simplification.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
• Minimum of additional strong experience of finance, accounting, or audit
• Preferred graduate of finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.)

• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
• You have experience with driving process simplification and excellence leveraging contemporary data analysis tools, particularly within the Microsoft Suite and PowerBI.

The salary/hourly pay range for this position is insert Total Base Pay Range from Workday posting. The specific salary/hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. Available benefits include X, Y, Z.
