JOB DESCRIPTION

We have a great opportunity for a highly organized and proactive Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to a senior leader within the Ad Sales organization. This is a temporary assignment ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive

  • Manage heavy and complex calendar scheduling

  • Coordinate domestic and/or international travel arrangements

  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner

  • Draft, edit, and update PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets

  • Anticipate and prepare the executive’s daily meeting schedule and priorities

  • Schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, and virtual meetings

  • Serve as a point of contact and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive, as appropriate

  • Assist with project coordination and special assignments

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1+ year of administrative experience supporting senior-level executives

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with executives, assistants, and internal and external stakeholders

  • Professional demeanor with a polished and poised presence

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Interest in ad sales or the business side of the media industry

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.85-31.25 per hour.
