JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Executive Producer who will oversee all aspects of FOX Business show Kudlow. As the Executive Producer, you will work directly with the host and staff to shape compelling editorial content. In addition to a love of free market capitalism, this position requires strong executive-level management skills and a driven leader with sharp editorial judgment to elevate one of the network’s flagship shows.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a daily one-hour program incorporating top stories, live reporters, guests, and trending topics

• Turn complicated topics into informative and visually appealing stories

• Deliver production elements on tight deadlines

• Build a show with original guests and topics

• Guide and mentor the production team of Producers, Segment Producers, Bookers and Production Assistants

• Develop future segments, stories, and interviews

• Deliver clear direction and feedback every day

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• 5 years of experience leading a team

• Experience interacting with high-profile talent and guests

• Live control room skills including during major breaking news events and high-pressure situations

• A great collaborative spirit who understands how to create an environment that fosters teamwork

• Knowledge of current events, business news, politics, and pop culture

• Willingness to listen, learn and grow from constructive criticism

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $160,000.00-195,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
