HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Track progress, priorities, and deadlines for various projects

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

• Work on a wide variety of HR projects including Employee Engagement, Volunteering Activities, Employee Benefits, and others.

• Help to identify opportunities to automate HR workflow

• Assist in analyzing HR data

• Support projects related to AI use in Talent analytics, and employee engagement

• Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative office environment

• Exposure to modern HR practices and technology

• Participation in AI-enabled HR initiatives

• Organize and attend company meetings and networking events

This is a 1-year assignment project based in Sao Paulo-Brazil, reporting to the Sr. HR Director.

Education, Experience and Certifications

Position requires the candidate to be a student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration, Psychology, data Analytics, or Technology-related fields.

• Intermediate skill in the use of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel required
