HR Intern Duties and Responsibilities

Track progress, priorities, and deadlines for various projects

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

Work on a wide variety of HR projects including Employee Engagement, Volunteering Activities, Employee Benefits, and others.

Help to identify opportunities to automate HR workflow

Assist in analyzing HR data

Support projects related to AI use in Talent analytics, and employee engagement

Gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative office environment

Exposure to modern HR practices and technology

Participation in AI-enabled HR initiatives

Organize and attend company meetings and networking events

This is a 1-year assignment project based in Sao Paulo-Brazil, reporting to the Sr. HR Director.
Education, Experience and Certifications
Position requires the candidate to be a student currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources and Business Administration, Psychology, data Analytics, or Technology-related fields.
