  • Be comfortable with customizing and building out virtual training sessions; experience in leveraging Workday and Articulate Storyline, or similar, is a plus.
  • Support sales and CS enablement content management efforts in learning systems and internal collaboration tools.
  • Consistently measure and report project and program effectiveness, using standard enablement activity, quality, adoption, and outcome measures, and recalibrate projects based on outcomes to improve sales productivity (which include satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results).
  • Help facilitate change management through communication, training, and measurement.
  • Deliver live, facilitated training sessions in conjunction with other enablement team members to large sales audiences as needed.
  • Collaborate with other sales and CS enablement team members in the organization to develop and share best practices around training and support sales/CS roles.

Job Requirements:

  • The ability to demonstrate the skills you are teaching with confidence and credibility.
  • Strong planning, project management, and time management skills.
  • The ability to adjust to changing priorities, tasks, and business needs is essential.
