Join Ford Credit—the financial services arm of Ford Motor Company—and help shape pricing strategy across multiple European markets. We’re looking for a commercially minded, analytical finance professional who can turn complex data into clear insights that influence key decisions.

In this role, you’ll lead pricing activities, support financial planning, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive profitability and long‑term growth.

Please note: This is an 18 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced financial modelling skills and high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to think strategically and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience working with financial data, pricing, or similar analytical functions.
• Strong project management capability, including coordinating work across teams or markets.
• Experience with data tools such as Anaplan, Qlik Sense, or Alteryx (or a desire to build this expertise).
• Understanding of financial risk concepts and business planning principles.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision.
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and drive to develop and grow.

This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton Campus for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and support pricing strategies across European markets.
• Analyse product performance, market trends, yields, and margins to recommend pricing actions.
• Work closely with Treasury, Risk, Marketing and local finance teams on pricing‑related inputs and reviews.
• Lead the preparation of pricing reports and materials for senior European and global committees.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning with robust pricing and return assumptions.
• Maintain pricing policies, tools, and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Support the rollout and enhancement of financial models and pricing tools, including Anaplan.
