Facility Management & Brand Compliance

Ensure all facilities across the region strictly comply with the latest Ford & Lincoln global brand standards.

Guide distributors through the renovation process, ensuring they understand the design language, timeline, and required documentation.
-
Collaborate with local architects, Ford Land, and suppliers to balance brand standards with practical operational needs.
-
Manage key suppliers for essential facility elements such as signage, millwork, and furniture.
-
Oversee the certification process for all newly built or renovated facilities.
-
Conduct market studies and capacity analysis to identify future facility requirements in the region.
Network Expansion & Agreement Management
-
Manage the new distributor recruitment process, including reviewing business plans and preparing the Prospective Distributor Qualification (PDQ) package.
-
Conduct due diligence on potential candidates and coordinate with approved suppliers for background checks.
-
Draft and manage legal documents, including Letters of Understanding (LOU) and agreement packages, in coordination with the APDM operations team.
-
Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel (OGC) to ensure all agreements and market actions meet Ford’s legal compliance standards.
-
Track agreement expiry dates, initiate the renewal process on time, and maintain an accurate database of all distributor contracts.

Partner with the GTS/GOLDD team to ensure successful system launches and application access for new distributors.
Training, Standards & Performance

Lead the implementation of Ford Standards across the APDM region and support Distributor champions.

Launch and monitor training pathways in collaboration with Ford Academy to ensure staff competency.
-
Track training metrics and implement action plans based on Training Need Analysis (TNA).
-
Manage annual recognition programs, including the Henry Ford and President Awards.

Oversee the Dealer Relationship Study and Dealer Satisfaction Study to monitor network sentiment.

Implement Performance Improvement Processes (PIP) for underperforming markets or distributors.
Operational Support
-
Support the Marketing team in organizing and managing APDM Distributor conferences.
-
Execute monthly reporting on key performance metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and rewards tracking.

Serve as the primary administrator for FMCDealer.com user access.
-
Maintain an up-to-date contact database for all distributors in the region.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in automotive or retail network management.

Background in Dealer Development, Field Operations, Contract Management, Facility Planning, or Training implementation.
-
Strong business acumen with the ability to perform financial analysis and strategic planning.

Proven project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
-
Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
-
Adaptable to cross-cultural environments and flexible working hours.
-
Willing to travel regionally as required.
