As a warranty Quality Analyst Engineer, you will be responsible for learning and applying cutting-edge for improving final customer satisfaction through improving the warranty. Your role will involve collaborating with experienced QA engineers and stakeholders to improve ICE Engines’ quality. Key responsibilities, qualifications and desired skills include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elaborate Teardown template reports for EE HTIS in power point.
  • Request and Analyze engine components from USA Dealers.
  • Support the development of Quality project plans.
  • Improve current QA analysis process using PowerApps and Dashboard platforms.
  • Assist in visualizing Quality warranty data and interpreting results.
  • Participate in Meetings in English with Ford Dearborn teams, Quality Meetings.

Qualifications:

  • English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor student of Mechanical, Industrial, Electro-mechanic Engineering, or similar technical discipline. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel Macros.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and data manipulation.
  • General understanding of ICE Engines.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency using 8Ds and other Quality tools.
  • Experience in utilizing 6-Sigma methodology for process improvement and quality management.
  • Active Person and eager to learn. 
  • Good attitude and positive person.
