The Marketing Sales & Services Supply Chain Team is responsible for delivering marketing solutions on time, within budget and with compliance to our standards. The Marketing Production Buyer will be responsible for the creation and implementation of the Marketing Production Strategy which includes Creative Production Services, Photography & Images, Videography & Film and Creative Design Services. This category strategy will be leveraged to support the quality, timing, and cost deliverables of various marketing sales & services initiatives for immediate and future business requirements.

Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree Supply Chain or Business or related field
- 3+ years of supply chain/commodity/program management experience
- Strong communicator that can effectively transition from bottom-up details to concise, clear executive-level messaging
- Ability to build relationships and trust across organizations to drive decisions and alignment.
- Strong data & analytics understanding for synthesis of complex data into clear, understandable format
- Proactive and resourceful; comfortable with navigating ambiguity
- Flexible and adaptable attitude to changing priorities
- Collaborative leader and team player
- Ability to creatively problem solve, adjust priorities, and manage workload with agility in the team, to deliver business critical objectives

Preferred
- Master’s Degree preferred, not mandatory (or in progress)
- 5+ years of supply chain/program/commodity management experience in the Automotive industry
- Experience with Category Management and/or Category Implementation
- Strong understanding of Marketing Sales & Services offerings e.g., Advertising, Meetings & Events, Sales Support, etc.
- Strong process competency and knowledge across complex sourcing processes (i-ERP, S2C, P2P)

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $72,480-162,120.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
What you'll do...
- Develop and lead implementation of Master Category Strategies
- Drive on-time sourcing of key Marketing Production initiatives for Ford Blue, Lincoln, FCSD, Ford Model e, IS & Pro
- Oversee Prodigy – data collection and reporting system for Marketing Production
- Negotiate Terms for Contracts and Find solutions to meet compliance, mitigate risk while also enabling speed to market for new businesses.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships within internal business units and departments to further align on strategic category vision and savings opportunities
- Drive and support supply base optimization and strategic priorities through leverage of the Enterprise spend
- Be a progressive thinker, seeking out ways to drive efficiencies, find cost savings, or spend reduction opportunities, with intelligence of what is best in class.
- Work with key stakeholders and stay abreast of current and future technologies or sources to maintain a consistent flow of up-to-date services and products
- Work closely and assist with the Advertising Agency Services buyer
