In this position...

This role will be a key player in driving sales growth through data-driven insights and business operations consulting. You will leverage your marketing, sales, and service expertise to create innovative solutions that enhance sales and build customer loyalty.

This person will need to reside in Kansas due to assigned territory where you will be working out of home office .

You'll have...

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, or related field)
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant professional experience in dealer engagement
  • Relocation: Must be willing and able to relocate for future growth opportunities
  • Travel Commitment: (up to 4+ days/week, up to a four-hour drive radius, 100+ miles, potential overnight stays) (i.e. Tues-Fri, and air travel as needed)
  • Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license

This position is a salary grade 5-8 and ranges from $63,480-162,120

Marketing, Sales & Service Field organization plays a critical role in shaping Ford’s future. As an Ownership Zone Manager, you will leverage data analysis and trend identification to make recommendations that directly impact business decisions and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with dealers, ensuring optimal product allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value. We embrace an audience-first approach, driving customer loyalty, vehicle repurchase, and increased sales across vehicles, parts, accessories, and services. You'll be the voice of Ford in the field, connecting directly with dealers.

As an Ownership Zone Manager, you will join a team that provides automotive retailers:

  • Mobile Service Enrollments, Launch, Productivity, Profitability
  • Pickup & Delivery Sustainment
  • Service Scheduling and Digital Tools (Ford Service Reservation+)
  • Service Process / Shop Productivity
  • Customer Pay RO Growth
  • Service NPS
  • Warranty RO Duration /VOR Resolution
  • Service Lane Selling
  • Tier 1-3 Marketing Alignment
