Education Qualification - Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/ Automotive/ Mechatronics Engineering)
Number of Years of Experience - 3-5 years in industry (Automotive preferred)
Professional Exposure - Experience related to vehicle systems/ vehicle functions/ vehicle evaluations.
Skill & Knowledge requirement – Written and oral communication skills, English proficiency, understanding of automotive operation and manufacturing processes, understanding of vehicle systems and components’ functions, CAD literacy, Engineering Drawing literacy, Excel (including Pivot Tables), Quality methodologies, Power Point, other Microsoft Office applications, WERS, AIMS, Ford launch and quality tools and processes.
Any other requirement - Statistical Process control knowledge, 6-Sigma Green belt or Black belt certified (preferred), Analytical thinking, team philosophy.
Specific position requirements –
All – Vehicle subjective evaluation skill, R202 Certified is preferred.
NVH (V11, V12, V49) – Familiar with NVH process, VOW Air leakage, BIP Air leakage, Wind noise attribute, Road noise attribute, Interior Quietness, Vehicle NVH, Propulsion NVH.
Headlab, Squadriga, Artemis, Scada XS, Simcenter testlab proficiency both data collecting and analyzing.
Ability to interpret and correlate objective data to subjective evaluation.
Vehicle Dynamics(V89 ) – Familiar with Vehicle Dynamics process reaction plan, Wheel alignment, wheel and tire balance, wheel assembly, Ride attribute, Handling attribute, steering attribute, braking attribute.
S&R (V39) – Familiar with S&R procedure, understanding of material pairing, various knowledge of assembly process, repair process.
VI – Familiar with vehicle requirements, lead vehicle evaluation, Lead follow up attribute issue and error state. Represent VE team in absence of attribute leader.

- Lead attribute related OPD implementation without causing consequence issue both internal and external.
