As a key partner to the FCSD-E (Ford Customer Service Division – Europe) leadership team, you will translate vehicle parts sales into the strategic insights that drive our business forward. • Tell the Story Behind the Numbers: Use your creativity to transform datasets into clear, compelling stories that help our leadership team to develop Ford of Europe part sales strategy
• Be the Bridge Between Data and People: lead discussions with partners in Operations and Business Units (Accessory, Collision, Wholesale, etc.) to understand their challenges and co-create solutions that make their lives easier. 
• Smart Solutions: You’ll have the freedom to experiment with new ways of database building to ensure our it is reliable, accessible, and high-quality

• Experience: Experience in a data-focused role, such as a Data Analyst, Reporting Specialist, or any related field.

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and translate business challenges into effective technical solutions, with keen attention to detail.

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced use of Excel 

    • Use of Power Query

    • Experience using SQL

    • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services.

• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, proactive, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, as well as effectively within a team in an agile environment.

• Growth Mindset: willing to improve his/her skills both soft and technical
