work closely with system product manager, data engineering, business subject matter experts, joint venture partners, etc to apply advanced data analyst skill and rich visualizations

Main job and goals to lead a small data analysis team to drive advance business team in digital transformation, data democratization and efficiency saving, the ability to learn, adopt, apply AI skill is a must

1. Design and implement end-to-end data analyst pipelines, extracting raw data from internal system,

cleansing and loading into the BI tool.

2. Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ABI) and routine management

reports to surface actionable insights for executives and business stakeholders.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, After-sales) to translate data

insights into concrete business initiatives and process improvements.

4. Contribute to defining mid- and long-term data strategy, best practices, and analytic frameworks to boost

efficiency and delivery quality.

5. Coach and mentor junior and mid-level data analysts, fostering data literacy, technical skill development

and a culture of continuous learning.

6. Operate and maintain the CDP product, including but not limited to: permission management, account

management, product support, usage research, product promotion.

7. leverage the latest LLM, VLA, omini AI models to use data apply on the current business process and help business drive the AI transformations

Education Qualification Master’s in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. For candidates with extensive experience, professional requirements may be appropriately relaxed.

No. of Years of Experience 5 yrs + total experience and at least 4 yrs related experience to data analysis.

Professional Exposure

(Technical Skills) Advanced SQL skills with strong relational database design experience; Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory) or building custom data pipelines; Advanced proficiency in a BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, ABI or similar); Know in at least one scripting language (Python or R) and familiar with core data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).

experiences Proficient in Phyton or R is a plus; Experience with CDP, ABI, GMP is a plus; Experience with Azure Databricks is a plus.
